VaultGrid is a personal media vault product in development. This policy explains what data we collect when you join our waitlist, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you register your interest via the form on our website, we collect:

• Your email address — to notify you when VaultGrid is ready to launch
• Timestamp — when you signed up
• IP address — for rate limiting and spam prevention (not retained long-term)

We collect no other personal data.

What we don't collect

• No marketing pixels or third-party advertising trackers
• No advertising identifiers
• No data sold to third parties — ever

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only essential security measures:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam prevention (set by Cloudflare, no tracking)

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any marketing trackers.

How we store your data

Your email is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV), hosted within the EU/EEA. We do not store your data on our own servers. Cloudflare's infrastructure complies with UK GDPR and SCCs.

Email communication

We will only contact you when VaultGrid is ready to launch. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or unsolicited messages. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.

Lawful basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent — given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
